How Do I Schedule an Event?

Our Calendar app makes it easy for you to schedule an event so you can stay on top of everything you need to do. This article shows you just how easy and fast it is to schedule an event on your calendar. 

Start by opening the Calendar menu on the left side of your screen and selecting "Schedule Event." Once you click that menu choice, a new screen will appear with a box that says "Create New Event."

Click on the "+" symbol to get started on scheduling your event. 

On the next screen, you will be able to choose a time slot in order to create and schedule your event, including naming it, selecting the time and location, and inviting others to join the event. 

At this point, you can save the event if you are done with adding information about it. 

After saving it, each person invited to the event will receive an email with information. And, if their calendars are shared, the event will be added. 

If you want to add more information to the event you are scheduling, you can select the Advanced Event Settings option for even more choices. 

This provides a way to include more information about the event you are scheduling.
